Pero también destaca por su plenitud y cremosidad en boca, fruto de una completa maduración en el viñedo, donde la baja producción de viñas viejas contribuye a la riqueza de sus racimos. Un vino estructurado por su gran acidez y redondeado por su amplia sensación sedosa.
