Absolutely loved my experience at Iber&Co Valletta! The atmosphere is elegant yet relaxed, and the staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive. Every detail—from the service to the presentation—shows real care and passion. The food and wine were amazing, perfectly balanced and full of flavour. Friendly and chatty owner.  Made special effort to set up an extra table for us, once he knew we weren’t fussed about eating outside. Food was delicious and if we hadn’t saved some bread to sop up all the gravy and sauces, we would have licked the plates clean. :) So far the best meal in Malta (and we’ve eaten at 2 overpriced Michelin restaurants) and reasonable cost.

We absolutely fell in love with this place! Every tapa, meat, cheese was bursting with flavor, perfectly balanced and full of heart. Warm atmosphere, great wine, and that unmistakable Spanish soul in every bite.
